In the event of any failure of the app to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if applicable. Apple will not have any further warranty obligations with respect to the app, and any additional claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to the app will be the responsibility of EM STAT Enterprise.

Apple is not responsible for:

Addressing any claims by you or any third party related to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims.
